Managing Partner & Co-Founder, CEO
With more than a decade of experience, Andréa has led high-impact communications campaigns across industries, advising Fortune 500 companies, non-profits, foundations, private equity firms, and entrepreneurs navigating high-stakes moments—from litigation and crises to brand positioning and media strategy. She is a trusted advisor to portfolio companies and a sought-after media relations consultant for top-tier PR agencies.
Andréa’s work has earned her numerous accolades. She was named to the 2023 ROI Influencers: Women in Business list and recognized as a Community Champion by ROI-NJ for her volunteer leadership. That same year, she was honored as a Leading Business Figure in New Jersey’s LGBTQ+ Community. BEQ Pride Magazine also named her to its 2023 LGBTQ+ Leaders Under 40 list, and she joined the 2023 New Jersey cohort of the New Leaders Council.
Her public relations work on complex litigation campaigns was designated Band 2 by Chambers & Partners UK in its Professional Advisers: Litigation Support ranking (2018). A PR campaign she led for the New Jersey Sharing Network earned a MarCom Award in 2013.
Andréa’s commitment to community runs deep. She has served as:
Advisor to the LGBTQ+ Caucus of the National Association of Hispanic Journalists (NAHJ)
Committeewoman of the National Communication Association
Founding Council Member of the Women of Commerce, Hudson County Chamber of Commerce
Board Director & VP of Marketing for the New Jersey Pride Chamber of Commerce (2021–2023), where she became the first Hispanic woman to serve in that role and helped grow membership by 156% in her first year.
She is a proud alumna of Rising Tide Capital and the Women’s Center for Entrepreneurship Corporation, two of New Jersey’s top nonprofit entrepreneurship programs. She’s also a former stringer reporter for the Pocono Record and interned at Mental Floss Magazine.
Andréa earned her B.A. in Journalism, with a minor in Anthropology, from Franklin Pierce University in New Hampshire. In 2010, she studied Philosophy and International Relations at Hellenic American University in Athens, Greece, and completed international communications studies in Egypt, Romania, and Turkey during the Arab Spring.

A seasoned design leader with more than a decade of experience across in-house teams, global firms, media, and creative agencies, Christina brings a rare blend of design expertise, strategic thinking, and storytelling fluency to every project she touches. From billion-dollar acquisition decks to grassroots brand launches, her work consistently merges high-impact design with strategic messaging that resonates.
Her career began in editorial design—honed in fast-paced newsroom environments—and has since evolved to include leading proposal and branding initiatives for global firms like AECOM Tishman, where her creative leadership helped secure over $3 billion in project wins. Christina has crafted visual strategies for high-stakes communications across industries including healthcare, construction, publishing, education, and the nonprofit space, always with a focus on clarity, connection, and transformation.
At COMMS/NATION, she leads all visual strategy, guiding clients through the development of bold, beautiful communication systems that are grounded in both research and resonance. As Chief Creative Officer, Christina ensures every project reflects the agency’s core values: fearless creativity, intentional storytelling, and design with purpose.
Her approach blends strategy and intuition, visual craft and human insight—because for her, design isn’t just about how it looks, but how it works and feels.
Outside of her client work, Christina is a collage artist, bilingual creative (English + Spanish), and a proud graduate of Manhattanville College, with additional training from Pratt Institute and certifications in Motion Graphics and Branding for Designers. Her art practice explores themes of memory, identity, and connection—deeply informing the way she builds brand narratives with soul and substance.
Her work and leadership is grounded in one core belief: Design is not decoration. It’s transformation.
